ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE starts on this page
Please read this section first
1.    Getting started requires that the enrollment fee of $100.00 per student be paid first. You can also choose at this time to make one payment in full, otherwise the balance can be put on monthly payments for up to 8 months through FACTS Tuition Management.

 The Enrollment Fee of $100.00 per student is the minimum to enroll and must be paid at the time of enrollment. The Enrollment Fee can be made through PayPal (no account needed), using a charge card or debit card such as Visa, MasterCard, or Discover, or an E-Check. You may also pay the enrollment fee with a personal check, understanding this adds 2 - 3 weeks to the start date.

Three easy steps to enrollment:

  1. Complete the 1st payment details with PayPal
  2. Fill out and submit online enrollment form.
  3. Choose your payment options for the balance with FACTS Tuition Management.

2.    After payment has been completed at Paypal your web browser will automatically redirect to our online enrollment form. It's important to not close your browser during the enrollment process. To complete the online Enrollment Form, you will be asked to supply Student Information and School Information including the name, address, and phone number of the previous school attended.
Complete a Student Enrollment part for each student you want to enroll.

After you have completed the Student Enrollment part for the first student, you will come back to the start of the enrollment pages to enroll another student or choose the Family Info button to enter the parents info and complete the enrollment form.

3.  When you submit the Family Info part of the enrollment form, you will be directed to FACTS Tuition Management. Choose your payment options, 2, 4 or 8 payments, type of payment, ACH transfer or CC. When your FACTS agreement is completed, you have finished the enrollment process. If you paid in full at Paypal you can close out at the FACTS page.

4.    If you are using the ACE, LifePac, or SOS curriculum, you may start the Diagnostic Testing at this time. You will be sent a link to the free Diagnostic Testing site. There is no required diagnostic testing for the other curriculums.

Email the diagnostic test results to us within one week. Your student will be placed at the correct level of the ACE or Alpha Omega home school curriculum based on the diagnostic test results and transfer credits (for the high school students).

Your student will be prescribed the necessary materials to fill any "learning gaps" that might be identified in the diagnostic testing. After any learning gaps have been successfully bridged, you will be sent the first quarter's home school curriculum which will also include the Project Boxes, and the Living Books.

5.    When your child completes that quarter's curriculum, return the tests and score keys to us and we will send you the test results along with the next quarter's curriculum.
